The service

MapReply is a human-drafted reply desk for real Google reviews left on dental practice Google Business Profiles. Unless you opt into auto-approve for simple 5-star thank-yous, you approve drafts before we publish.

Hard rule: no fake reviews

MapReply only replies to real Google reviews. We do not buy, generate, solicit, or post fake reviews. You agree not to ask us to do so.

Billing

Plans are monthly: Starter ($297/mo) and Growth ($497/mo) as listed on the site. Your card is charged on day one through Stripe. Charges appear as MapReply (or MAPREPLY). Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the paid period.

Google access

We never ask for your Google password. You send a Google Business Profile manager invite to the email we provide. We only need reply access, not ownership.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate tone notes and business details
• Do not submit protected health information (PHI) in reviews replies, tone notes, or emails
• Review drafts before publish when approval is required
• Keep your Stripe billing email current

MapReply is not legal, medical, or compliance advice. We do not guarantee rating changes, review volume, or reputation outcomes. Public reviews remain under Google’s terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapReply and EER Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
